Lynn & Company have been in the business of quality residential lettings, in quiet suburban areas, for several decades and our associated companies are some of the oldest established professional landlords, primarily dealing with newly, recently, or totally refurbished properties in the North Manchester area. The majority of flat developments within our management have secluded floodlit car parking, and all properties have some form of off-street parking. Prices begin at £400 per calendar month, exclusive. Our minimal rental period is usually four months, and all tenancy agreements provide a two-month notice clause. Due to the high standard of furnishings in these properties, regrettably we cannot accept pets. Most of our properties have gas central heating and recently replaced fully tiled bathrooms and kitchens, and some flats have the benefit of laminated flooring and leather suites. Our tenants have access to 24-hour maintenance in the event of a problem, and all tenants are at liberty to directly contact our contractors with repairs requests. As a matter of course, all properties are gas-safety certificated by Corgi registered contractors on a 12 monthly basis and all furnishings comply with fire-retardant safety regulations.
